My name is Mark Willis and I am the Senior Pastor here at Merriam Christian Church.  My family and I have lived in the Kansas City area for nine years now and come to Merriam Christian Church after serving churches in Gardner, KS, Kearney, MO, and Independence, MO.  My wife Jacque is a software engineer and we have a daughter, Abigayle, who is in the seventh grade.  We hope you will check out Merriam Christian Church and perhaps join us as we serve our community, or worship together, or gather for fun and fellowship.

On March 1, 2009, Emily Yeh began as our organist and choir accompanist.  She was born in Taiwan, is a citizen of both Taiwan and the U.S., has a Masters of Music in Music Performance, and recently earned an MA in Religious Studies from Central Baptist Theological Seminary.
